This piece is ball bearing and includes front bolt for ease of access when making adjustments in gap thickness. Long lasting and durable, make this a permanent fixture in your barn today! Works with wood framed doors from 1 ³/₄” up to 2 ³/4  ” . Comes as a pair and includes door straps. (Hang doors no more than 600 lbs).
