The Dohrmann Applicators were made specifically for Hay Guard with a weight of ten pounds per gallon. These kits are sold as complete units which include: the tank, pump, speed control, flowmeter, self fill system, tip kit box, all necessary hoses and clamps, as well as handy reference cards.
Small Square Balers ISF-KIT-SS-25 Complete liquid applicator kit for all brands of small square balers including 3-tie balers. Contains a 25 gallon tank with flat surface mounting brackets that when filled with Hay Guard treats 125 tons of hay.
Most Round Balers ISF-KIT-RB-25 Complete liquid applicator kit for all brands of round balers. The 25 gallon unit includes a self fill system with 2 GPM self priming pump. Nozzle assembly with 20′ of hose, pressure regulation system with SS Gauge, and 30′ power cord with on-off switch.

Each Kit Contains:
Variable Speed Control, with an LED indicator light, an indicator dial which controls the speed of the pump. It will allow the tractor operator to control the pressure and spray volume of Hay Guard from the tractor seat.
Flowmeter Assembly, this is a ball type flowmeter. It comes complete with mounting bracket and hardware, 20′ of 3/8″ braided hose, fittings and hose clamp. Allows the tractor driver to see the gallon rate per hour from their seat.
Self Fill System, will contain 4′ PVC pipe connected to 6′ braided hose with fittings, which allows you to use the pump of the applicator to fill your tank.
Tip Kit, contains various sizes of tips needed plus reference cards made specifically for Hay Guard.
